 "Organizational Development Manager"
 
 to be assigned in Human Resources Department.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields (Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus),
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in organizational development,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus,
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (both written and spoken),
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic mindset with strong analytical and communication skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in leadership development, talent management, performance systems, culture transformation, and change management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design and implement leadership development strategies aligned with company goals,
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and drive talent management practices, including succession planning,
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the performance management system,
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop internal communication and engagement programs that support the transformation of organizational culture in line with corporate values,
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and manage organizational change initiatives and act as a key change agent,
 </li>
 <li>
 Set training and development strategies; lead the creation of competency-based development journeys,
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage HR analytics to provide insights and contribute to strategic decision-making,
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive employee engagement and experience initiatives, including measurement, analysis, and action planning,
 </li>
 <li>
 Support organizational structuring, workforce planning, and process optimization from an HR perspective,
 </li>
 <li>
 Track global trends and best practices in organizational development and adapt them to the company&rsquo;s needs,
 </li>
 <li>
 Report directly to the HR Director and collaborate closely with the HR team to ensure strategic alignment.
 </li>
