As we scale, we need a driven Business Development Associate to forge new B2B partnerships across the UAE and beyond.Role OverviewYou&rsquo;ll be our on-the-ground sales lead: prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with gyms, spas, clinics, hotels, corporate wellness programs, health coaches, and distributors. You&rsquo;ll represent Biohackn at industry events, deliver product demos, and build long-term relationships that drive recurring revenue.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting:</li><li>Research and map out potential partners in the wellness space (gyms, spas, clinics, hotels, corporate wellness, health coaches).</li><li>Cold-call, email, and meet decision-makers to introduce Biohackn.</li><li>Sales Pipeline Management:</li><li>Qualify leads, manage CRM (HubSpot/Zoho), and track progress through each stage.</li><li>Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close B2B deals (equipment sales, rental/revenue-share agreements, service contracts).</li><li>Product Evangelism:</li><li>Coordinate and deliver on-site demos and trials of our saunas, cold plunges, red-light devices, hydrogen bottles, etc.</li><li>Educate partners on science-backed benefits, ROI models, and installation/maintenance processes.</li><li>Partnership Development:</li><li>Negotiate win-win revenue-share models and volume discounts.</li><li>Liaise with our marketing team to co-brand campaigns, events, and promotional offers.</li><li>Market Feedback &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Gather insights on competitor offerings, pricing, and customer needs.</li><li>Provide weekly sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Female Candidate, based in the UAE, with valid UAE driving licence &amp; own car (on-site meetings and demos required).</li><li>Passion for Health &amp; Wellness: You live and breathe biohacking, recovery, and premium fitness/wellness experiences.</li><li>Sales &amp; Communication Pro: 3+ years of B2B sales or business development in wellness, fitness, hospitality, or medical equipment.</li><li>Marketing Savvy: You understand digital lead funnels, basic content collateral, and can collaborate on co-marketing initiatives.</li><li>Self-Starter: Comfortable learning complex product specs and selling solutions, not just products.</li><li>CRM &amp; Reporting: Proficient in HubSpot, Zoho, or similar; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.</li><li>Languages: Excellent English; Arabic is a plus.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Existing network in Dubai&rsquo;s gyms, spas, clinics, hotels, or corporate wellness space.</li><li>Familiarity with Biohackn&rsquo;s product suite (infrared saunas, cold plunges, red-light therapy, hydrogen technology).</li><li>Experience structuring revenue-share or subscription models.</li><li>Event representation: tradeshows, fitness expos, health retreats.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive Base + Commission</li><li>Growth Opportunity: You&rsquo;ll be the architect of our B2B channel; senior leadership path as we expand regionally.</li><li>Product Perks: Access to Biohackn gear for personal use.</li></ul>How to Apply<ul><li>Upload your CV and a brief cover letter highlighting your B2B wellness sales successes.</li><li>One-pager &ldquo;case study&rdquo; of a past deal you closed (client, solution, results).</li><li>Your current &amp; expected compensation.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a car?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>business development: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving license (Required)</li></ul>
