General Summary/Objective:
This position represents CITI Program to the community, national experts, and professional and academic societies. This individual works with administrators, faculty, scholars, and staff at all levels and in varying professional areas to help ensure CITI Program&rsquo;s impact and success. The individual also ensures proper relationships are established and maintained with these stakeholders.
CITI Program&rsquo;s Customer Success Team (CST) builds relationships with our organizational subscribers while providing high-quality technical support and customer service. This includes onboarding new subscribers, setting up technical services, and ongoing technical support. Technicians will proactively contact customers to offer solutions or better options to optimize their use of CITI Program products. Technicians with CST work closely with all CITI Program departments to provide customer support for all CITI Program products. Technicians are also part of the testing team for new features and releases and require a strong understanding of online learning platforms. Technicians assist in setting up custom content modules for our subscribers and should have a good command of HTML.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding/Implementation of new CITI Program subscribing organizations. Provide concierge-level customer service and technical support to CITI Program&rsquo;s new customers. Provide onboarding training to organization administrators and assist customers in completing course selection forms. Set up custom modules, Gradebooks courses, expiration dates, look back, etc., using HTML and CSS. 
 
2. Customer liaison with content, sales, systems, and other CITI Program teams to guide customers through content and technical products. Work with subject matter experts to address requests and support questions appropriately.
3. Continued support of CITI Program organizational customers by answering administrator requests via phone and email. This includes but is not limited to course add-ons, setup changes, custom modules, additional technical services, and general questions. Meet CITI Program&rsquo;s service level agreement and customer satisfaction rate goals. Provide higher-level end-user support for CITI Program learners.
4. Work with the Systems Team on software rollouts and updates by being an active member of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Team.
5. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Review and approve sponsor research budget using critical thinking skills to ensure accuracy and consistency with budget details in BRANY&rsquo;s proprietary software application</li><li>
Generate monthly invoices to study sponsors based upon research activity entered by external research sites</li><li>
Manage high-volume collections by conducting consistent follow-up on past due invoices through email, phone, and other communication methods
</li><li>Compare payments received from study sponsors with internal records, and process payments to external research sites on a timely basis</li><li>
Utilize strong analytical and investigative skills to reconcile study data and maintain accurate financial records</li><li>
Upon completion of a study, perform a final financial reconciliation of study activities</li><li>

Education required:

This highly visible position represents CITI Program to the community, national experts, and professional and academic societies. This individual works with administrators, faculty, scholars, and staff at all levels and in varying professional areas to help ensure CITI Program&rsquo;s impact and success. The individual also ensures proper relationships are established and maintained with these individuals.
This position is specifically responsible for the continued development and management of CITI Program's Environmental Health and Safety suite of content as assigned to the position. In this capacity, the person in this role works closely with the Vice President of Content and Education, the Director and Associate Director, and other unit heads to help lead the development, maintenance, impact, and growth of the educational products in the assigned content area. This position will be responsible for identifying content areas and planning and executing new content development in environmental health and safety.
Duties/Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Identifies key trends and topics affecting the EHS space so that CITI Program remains current across new and existing content.
</li><li>Directs the development of proposals for new content, including modules, courses, and micro-courses that are part of the assigned content area.</li><li>
Project management of approved content including courses and webinars. This position is directly responsible for identifying subject matter experts, working with them to guide their development of content, and reviewing/editing their work at multiple stages.</li><li>
Manages and collaborates on educational product development, maintenance, growth, and impact, ensuring seamless interaction between team, internal departments, consultants, and collaborators.</li><li>
Supports team members, staff, consultants, authors, and collaborators to maintain successful, impactful educational products.</li><li>
Supports Vice President and other team members in resolving issues, facilitating information exchange, and performing other tasks as needed.</li><li>
Manages data collection, organization, and analysis to help guide educational initiatives, provide insight into other areas, and provide information necessary for department metrics.</li><li>
Leads development of agreements associated with content development for the assigned content area and works with applicable departments and staff to execute those agreements.</li><li>
Assists in managing the content department&rsquo;s working materials associated with style, module templates, and other resources.</li><li>
Independently directs the peer review process for content under the assigned content area and works in collaboration with the applicable individuals; serves as the primary reviewer for editing of the designated content area in association with the Director, Associate Director, and internal/external editors. In this capacity, the Assistant Director would work with the Associate Director overseeing editing to create a CITI Program compliant final product.</li><li>
Provides updated, timely reports to the Vice President regarding the status of content in development.</li><li>
Assists in the review of learner and administrator feedback.</li><li>
Serves as the lead in developing, executing, and producing webinars or podcasts associated with the assigned content area.</li><li>
Provides support to the Vice President in preparing budgets, provides advice regarding budget projections, and monitors expenses associated with content development in the assigned content area.</li><li>
As applicable, provide ongoing reports and status updates to the Vice President, Associate Directors, other Content staff, and CITI Program staff.</li><li>
Assist in organizing meetings of content working groups and content authors/consultants. Oversees the identification of content consultants for the assigned content area, the work of these consultants, and any Working Groups that might develop to support the designated content area's development and management.</li><li>
Supports the sales department in effectively marketing CITI Program deliverables, specifically those in the assigned content area. This support may entail attending and presenting at applicable professional events, which includes travel to approximately 2-3 U.S.-based conferences per year.</li><li>
Primary responsibility for providing the Sales and Marketing department with information associated with assigned content area's courses to develop appropriate marketing materials, including catalogs and other website materials.</li><li>
Collaborates with internal departments and stakeholders to promote and position new and existing products, improve functionality and delivery, create valuable metrics to gauge impact and success, and understand/characterize customer needs.</li><li>
Works with E-learning production staff to produce all content in the assigned content area.
