Position Summary:</div><div></div><div>
The Master Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the integrated master production schedule at Bionova Scientific. This role aligns capacity, materials, equipment, and labor resources with client project timelines to ensure on-time delivery and revenue realization. The Master Planner will coordinate across Manufacturing, Warehouse, Procurement, Quality, Facilities &amp; Engineering, and Program Management to integrate production, maintenance, calibration, and supply chain requirements into a single master plan. Additionally, the role drives scenario planning and risk analysis to support milestone achievement and maximize revenue recognition.</div><div></div><div>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</div><div></div><div>
Master Scheduling &amp; Coordination</div><ul><li>
Develop, own, and maintain the integrated master production schedule that incorporates production runs, materials availability, equipment readiness, and staffing capacity.</li><li>
Align production scheduling with client project timelines, ensuring commitments are met without compromising GMP compliance or safety.</li><li>
Integrate maintenance, calibration, and engineering downtime schedules into the master plan to balance availability and reliability of manufacturing assets.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Scenario Planning &amp; Risk Management</div><ul><li>
Conduct scenario planning to evaluate scheduling trade-offs, milestone achievement strategies, and revenue optimization.</li><li>
Identify potential risks to schedule adherence (supply delays, equipment conflicts, labor constraints) and propose mitigation strategies.</li><li>
Provide data-driven recommendations to senior management regarding resource allocation and prioritization of projects.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Cross-Functional Collaboration</div><ul><li>
Serve as the primary point of coordination between Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Facilities &amp; Engineering, Quality, and Program Management for schedule alignment.</li><li>
Lead cross-functional meetings to review schedule adherence, constraints, and upcoming milestones.</li><li>
Support client-facing updates by providing accurate schedule and capacity forecasts.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Continuous Improvement</div><ul><li>
Implement tools, systems, and processes to improve visibility, accuracy, and agility of master scheduling.</li><li>
Analyze key performance metrics (on-time delivery, schedule adherence, resource utilization) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Support system enhancements (e.g., ERP/MES integration) to streamline scheduling and data accuracy.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Compliance &amp; Documentation</div><ul><li>
Ensure that all scheduling activities align with cGMP and regulatory requirements.</li><li>
Maintain documentation of master schedule updates, assumptions, and constraints for audit readiness.</li><li>
Contribute to SOPs and work instructions related to scheduling and planning.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li>
This position is required to work in an office environment. The role requires walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. The employee may occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds independently.</li></ul><div><br>
Education &amp; Experience</div><ul><li>
BA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.</li><li>
12+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or supply chain coordination within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated manufacturing environment.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Qualifications:</div><div></div><ul><li>
Demonstrated expertise in master production scheduling and capacity/resource planning.</li><li>
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, materials management, and maintenance planning in a multi-product GMP environment.</li><li>
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., QAD) and advanced scheduling tools.</li><li>
Analytical skills to conduct scenario planning and develop data-driven recommendations.</li><li>
Strong communication and facilitation skills to align cross-functional teams around scheduling priorities.</li><li>
Experience in contract development and manufacturing organizations (CDMOs) with client-driven timelines.</li><li>
Familiarity with project management tools and milestone tracking systems.</li><li>
CPIM certification.</li><li>
Operational Excellence, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.</li><li>
Advanced Excel/Power BI or other analytics software proficiency for schedule modeling.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Compensation Range: The base compensation range for this role is between $100,000 and $130,000. However, the actual compensation may vary depending on your experience and qualifications.</div><div>
