 Description
 
 
 
 
 Sales Support &amp; Order Handling
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as a key point of contact for customer communications (orders, product inquiries) and ensure timely follow-up
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and manage accurate, on-time quotations
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate order fulfillment with cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, QC/QA, Logistics, Finance) to meet quality and delivery targets
 </li>

 Supervise domestic and international shipments, including package clearance and customs documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve product or delivery issues by coordinating with internal teams and communicating clear corrective actions to customers
 </li>

 Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales/operational reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with operational tasks such as laboratory sample coordination, testing support, and process optimization initiatives
 </li>

 Provide warehouse operations support (e.g., inventory reconciliation)

 Support trade show activities with pre-show planning and post-event lead follow-up

 Cross-Border Operations &amp; Coordination

 Act as liaison between U.S. and China teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on priorities

 Coordinate cross-team workflows to prevent delays in inventory updates and order processing

 Communicate new product availability and pricing (cost, MOQs, lead times)
 </li>

 Obtain required documentation to support customer, regulatory, and audit needs

 Coordinate technical inquiries (methods, specifications, stability) between clients and the manufacturing team

 Seeking candidate with current Florida CDR and/or California Designated Representative licensure
 
 
 
 Job Function:
 
 
 We're looking for someone who can be our Designated Representative and Shipping Supervisor for our new facility. Must have strong knowledge of drug storage, shipping, recordkeeping, suspicious orders/diversion concerns, returns, recalls, record retention, and regulatory compliance. Candidate must have a clean professional/regulatory background and be capable of supporting NABP accreditation and state licensing activities. Candidate will be responsible for supervising repackaging activities as well.
 
 
 You will be responsible for supervising a team and executing the shipment schedule and daily shipping/receiving activities. You will be tasked with verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Other responsibilities include comparing identifying information, counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices orders, and other records.
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
 
 <ul>

 Follows up daily incoming receiving, makes sure received goods are received in timely manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains daily receiving and inventory log
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepares packing slip and other shipping documents for outgoing shipments
 </li>
 <li>
 Reports any of discrepancy to the supervisor
 </li>
 <li>
 Follows up shipping schedule and requests. Verifies if shipments are shipped on time
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures the timely delivery of materials at the most economical cost, consistent with quality standards, affecting quality by assuring that suspicious material is identified and that material is handled
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates with shipping carriers, internal customers and external customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for properly and accurately packing and appropriately labeling various types of shipments
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure packing supplies; boxes, packing materials, labels, etc are properly stocked

 Florida CDR and California Designated Representative licensure.If not currently licensed, candidate must be demonstrably qualified and willing to obtain required certification/licensure promptly upon hire
 </li>

 Must be able to serve as the designated responsible person for the facility and be physically present full-time as required by applicable state law
