Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.</li><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries with sensitivity and professionalism.</li><li>Schedule, confirm, and manage therapy appointments using the clinic&rsquo;s booking system.</li><li>Maintain client confidentiality at all times as per ethical and legal guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with psychologists, therapists, and other staff for smooth daily operations.</li><li>Maintain and update client records, appointment logs, and payment receipts accurately.</li><li>Assist clients in filling out intake forms and explain general clinic procedures.</li><li>Manage waiting area ambiance &mdash; ensuring comfort and privacy for all clients.</li><li>Collect and record consultation fees and provide receipts as needed.</li><li>Support administrative tasks such as inventory management, file organization, and reports.</li><li>Handle sensitive situations calmly and direct emergencies to appropriate personnel.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred (Psychology, Management, or related field desirable).</li><li>Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in healthcare or counselling settings.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English &amp; Malayalam preferred).</li><li>Empathy, patience, and the ability to handle distressed clients sensitively.</li><li>Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.</li><li>Basic computer literacy (MS Office, appointment software, CRM tools).</li><li>Professional appearance and positive demeanor.</li></ul>Work Environment:<ul><li>Calm, client-centered, and confidential atmosphere.</li><li>Team-oriented work culture with psychologists, therapists, and administrative staff.</li><li>Opportunity to learn about counselling processes and mental health awareness.</li></ul>Reporting To:Branch Manager / Clinical CoordinatorSalary:As per industry standardsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
