 Position Title:
 
 &nbsp;Tax &amp; Corporate Officer
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 
 To handle all taxation and corporate compliance matters, ensuring alignment with statutory requirements and internal policies.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and file income tax, sales tax and withholding returns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage corporate filings with SECP, FBR, and other regulators.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle tax assessments, audits, and correspondence with authorities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in drafting board resolutions, minutes, and statutory records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely renewal of licenses, registrations, and NOC&rsquo;s.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor changes in tax and corporate laws and advise management.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 LLB / CA Inter / ACCA / ITP / MBA (Taxation / Corporate Law).
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in tax compliance and corporate affairs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of Pakistan&rsquo;s tax and corporate regulatory framework.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent drafting and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Salary Ranges from PKR 100,000/- to PKR 125,000/-
 </li>
