 We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience in government digital platforms, particularly TAMM or Abu Dhabi government services, to support a large-scale digital transformation initiative.
 
 The role involves designing intuitive, accessible, and user-centered interfaces for government portals, internal systems, and citizen service platforms.
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using Figma, working with design systems and component libraries, and familiarity with TAMM platform components and government UX standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Design user interfaces and interactive prototypes for government digital services and portals using Figma.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Apply TAMM design system components, UI guidelines, and design patterns while creating screens and workflows.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile applications.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and government stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive designs.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Maintain and contribute to design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure all designs follow government branding standards, accessibility guidelines, and usability best practices.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Support UX research activities, including user journey mapping, persona development, and usability testing.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Prepare design documentation and developer handoff assets for implementation teams.
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Mandatory Requirement:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience designing for TAMM platform or Abu Dhabi government digital services.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Familiarity with TAMM design system, UI components, and design rules.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Good understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color systems.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong communication skills with the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work (mandatory for interview).
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice to have:

 Experience working on UAE government or public sector digital platforms.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Familiarity with Arabic RTL (Right-to-Left) interface design.
 
 </li>

 Experience with government design systems or service portals such as TAMM, DubaiNow, or other e-government platforms.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for developer collaboration.
 
 </li>
