We&rsquo;re currently seeking a Property Manager to join our Manufactured Housing team to help us go to the next level. The Property Manager will oversee a Manufactured Housing Community in the Lake County, OH area.We know the daily responsibilities in traditional property management can be overwhelming, that's why at Elevate we are building an onsite and offsite structure that accurately supports the business and provides the resident support needed for each property. This involves interacting with residents (current and potential), maintenance staff, and vendors. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, organization, and an understanding of light construction and/or remodeling.We think the ideal candidate embodies The Three F's: Friendly, Fair, &amp; Firm:<ul><li>Friendly: be warm, kind, and welcoming to everyone you interact with.</li><li>Fair: treat everyone equally, and enforce all park policies and guidelines in compliance with US Fair Housing Act laws.</li><li>Firm: people will test you and try to pull a fast one on you. You must be comfortable pushing back and holding your ground to avoid someone taking advantage of you.</li></ul>What you will do in this role:<ul><li>Interact with prospective residents to show the property and help lease vacant lots and homes</li><li>Ensure monthly rents are collected in a timely manner</li><li>Work with vendors and maintenance staff to help resolve work orders</li><li>Collaborate with your peers to complete property renovations and improvements on time and under budget</li></ul>What you&rsquo;re great at:<ul><li>Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Staying organized: Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential</li><li>Using technology: Proficient in utilizing the internet, Google GSuite, Box, Microsoft Office, Appfolio Property Management Software, QuickBooks, Asana and other software</li></ul>Who you will work with:<ul><li>MHC National Manager</li><li>Accounting Department</li><li>Managing Partner</li><li>Vendors</li><li>Residents</li></ul>The fine print:No job is perfect.
