Bird Rock Surf Shop is looking for a motivated, positive, people-oriented team member to help support our private label clothing production and in-house graphic design needs. This is a hands-on role in a core local surf shop that values great energy, creativity, and community.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Assist with private label apparel design, development, and production</li><li>Handle miscellaneous graphic design work (tees, hats, signage, web, print, etc.)</li><li>Support social media and website updates as needed</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and help on the retail floor</li><li>Assist with clerical tasks and light shop cleaning / organization</li><li>Collaborate with the Bird Rock team on new ideas and brand projects</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>A motivated, positive attitude and strong work ethic</li><li>Great with people &mdash; friendly, approachable, and dependable</li><li>Must surf or be deeply familiar with surf culture, styles, and brands</li><li>Comfortable doing a variety of tasks &mdash; no job too small</li><li>Advanced graphic design skills (Adobe, Canva, or similar)</li><li>Interest or experience in apparel, product development, or branding is a big plus</li></ul>If you live the surf lifestyle, love working with people, and want to help create products you&rsquo;re proud to see in the shop, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social Media Management: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
