We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our firm and play a key role in managing a diverse caseload from start to finish.About the Role: The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands-on experience handling personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other negligence cases. You will manage your own docket, maintain direct client communication, and work alongside a strong support team of paralegals, assistants, and intake staff.This position is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment and wants to be part of a firm that values teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.Responsibilities Include:<ul><li>Independently manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution</li><li>Conduct depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and court appearances</li><li>Negotiate settlements and communicate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel</li><li>Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses</li><li>Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients regarding case progress</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely case movement and positive outcomes</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury law (plaintiff-side preferred)</li><li>Strong negotiation and litigation skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple active cases</li><li>Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey (required)</li><li>Spanish proficiency strongly preferred</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>Health, dental, and vision benefits</li><li>Paid time off and firm holidays</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented environment with experienced staff and management</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and leadership within the firm</li></ul>Birkhold &amp; Maider LLC is more than just a law firm &mdash; we&rsquo;re a team that believes in doing right by our clients and our community.
