Supporting and mentoring team membersResponsibilities:1. Plan, execute, and regularly optimize Facebook marketing campaigns, PPC campaigns2. performance (multiple optimizations in a day &ndash; if needed)3.A/B testing with different ad creatives and landing pages to improve CTR4. Analyse trends, along with qualitative and quantitative data to recommend campaign changes and updates.5. Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.6. Create performance reports with recommendations for improvements.7. Intra-team coordination to understand how the campaigns can yield more quality leads &amp; conversions8.
