Established in 2004, Bishop Design has successfully designed and delivered hundreds of projects across the world in the hospitality, F&amp;B, retail and commercial sectors; each project designed uniquely to reflect its strong characteristics.We create spaces that inspire people and ignite a sense of joy and excitement in them, and we approach every day in our studio with the same sentiment.Joining our Team means becoming a part of trendsetting wave and collaborating with some of the brightest talents in the design and hospitality industries, with opportunities for growth from every position.Job Description / Responsibilities:In your role, you will:<ul><li>Independently lead creative development of sophisticated hospitality interior design solutions, bringing an exceptional creative approach that elevates our portfolio and defines excellence in the industry</li><li>Drive projects from Concept through Completion, collaborating strategically with the Design Director while independently leading all phases of Schematic and Detailed Design</li><li>Lead and elevate a dedicated design team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision while taking full responsibility for timely delivery of all project deliverables</li><li>Define the creative vision for each project&mdash;from spatial planning and FF&amp;E curation to material selections&mdash;while overseeing the development of compelling CGI visuals and comprehensive drawing packages</li><li>Lead client presentations and meetings as the primary creative authority, articulating design vision with clarity and conviction that inspires confidence and enthusiasm</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>7+ years of experience in Interior Design</li><li>Focus on Hotel &amp; F&amp;B sectors is a must</li><li>Passion for design and all aspects of creativity</li><li>Proficiency in all stages of design</li><li>Good client-facing and presentation skills</li><li>Knowledge of CAD, Revit, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp</li><li>International experience is a plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
