Overview Small, busy law firm is seeking a qualified Legal Assistant to support the firm&rsquo;s day-to-day administrative operations. This position is primarily work-from-home, with occasional in-person responsibilities, including meeting with clients, handling document drop-offs, scanning and uploading documents into firm systems, and other duties as assigned.ResponsibilitiesThe position requires availability during business hours to answer and direct incoming phone calls, communicate with clients, and assist with billing and collections. While the standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., there is a possibility that the work schedule may shift to Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. RequirementsThe ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting while managing a fast-paced workload. A strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are essential for success in this role.Pay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Layton, UT 84041
