Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Aluminum Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining aluminum-based products with precision and efficiency. Need someone who has knowledge with screen cages, front entry, lanai's, elite roofsYour expertise will ensure that every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety, contributing to the satisfaction of our clients. Must have current driver's licenseDuties<ul><li>Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of aluminum products such as doors, screen panels, and structural components.</li><li>Diagnose issues accurately by inspecting aluminum structures and related hardware to determine necessary repairs or adjustments.</li><li>Follow detailed technical instructions and safety protocols during all phases of work to ensure compliance with industry standards.</li><li>Collaborate with team members and clients to coordinate project timelines and address any on-site challenges promptly.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for each project.</li><li>Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe throughout the job process.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience as an Aluminum Service Technician or in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication techniques, hardware installation, and repair procedures.</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics accurately.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Tools provided</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Aluminum: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Sarasota, FL 34233 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
