1. General Maintenance and Repairs<ul><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.</li></ul>2. Preventive Maintenance<ul><li>Implement regular preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems.</li><li>Inspect and service equipment such as air conditioners, water heaters, generators, and elevators.</li><li>Monitor and maintain energy-efficient systems to reduce utility costs.</li></ul>3. Facility Upkeep<ul><li>Ensure all common areas, guest rooms, and facilities (like pools, gyms, and spas) are in excellent condition.</li><li>Handle landscaping and outdoor facility maintenance if required.</li><li>Check safety equipment like fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency lights regularly.</li></ul>4. Inventory and Supplies Management<ul><li>Keep track of maintenance tools, supplies, and spare parts inventory.</li><li>Order materials as needed and manage relationships with vendors and contractors.</li></ul>5. Safety and Compliance<ul><li>Follow safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with local regulations.</li><li>Conduct regular safety checks and hazard inspections across the property.</li><li>Train staff on basic emergency repairs and safety measures.</li></ul>6. Guest Service Support<ul><li>Respond to guest requests for maintenance issues promptly and professionally.</li><li>Work with the front office and housekeeping teams to handle urgent room repairs.</li></ul>7.
