Key Responsibilities1. Business Development &amp; Sales<ul><li>Identify and develop new customers for import &amp; export freight services</li><li>Generate leads through calls, emails, meetings, references, and networking</li><li>Convert enquiries into confirmed business</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets</li></ul>2. Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing customers</li><li>Understand client logistics requirements and provide suitable solutions</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for commercial discussions</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business</li></ul>3. Pricing &amp; Quotations<ul><li>Prepare and share freight quotations for Air / Sea / Customs / Transportation</li><li>Coordinate with operations, pricing, and vendors for competitive rates</li><li>Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms</li></ul>4. Coordination with Internal Teams<ul><li>Coordinate with Operations, Documentation, and Accounts teams</li><li>Ensure smooth handover of confirmed shipments to operations</li><li>Support resolution of billing or service-related issues</li></ul>5. Market &amp; Competitor Analysis<ul><li>Track market trends, freight rates, and competitor activities</li><li>Provide feedback to management on pricing and service improvements</li></ul>6. Reporting &amp; MIS<ul><li>Maintain sales MIS, pipeline reports, and customer data</li><li>Update CRM / Keka / internal systems regularly</li><li>Share weekly and monthly sales performance reports</li></ul>Dealing with shipping lines | export and import customer service in freight department Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
