 We are hiring A talented copy writer as follows:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and create engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, and digital advertisements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain Bit&amp;Bits&rsquo; visual brand identity across all digital channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent research skills and knowledgeable of all current digital trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various digital platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in an advertising/ marketing agency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in motion graphics is a plus.
