This position offers a lively environment where your hospitality skills can shine, and your passion for food and service can thrive.&lt;Responsibilities&gt;<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation</li><li>Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback professionally</li><li>Assist with food handling, preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas</li><li>Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and optimize guest flow</li><li>Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment</li><li>Support team members with basic math for cash handling, billing, and transaction accuracy</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fast-paced setting</li></ul>&lt;Qualifications&gt;<ul><li>Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS ; experience with OpenTable is a plus</li><li>Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations</li><li>Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking efficiently</li><li>Culinary experience or background in food preparation is advantageous</li><li>Excellent communication skills, basic math abilities, and cash handling experience</li><li>Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles, or hospitality environments is highly valued</li></ul>Join us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to every guest!
