Together, these platforms provide the perfect balance of hands-on execution and visionary strategy, with ample room for growth.You&rsquo;ll collaborate with top-tier clients, including Van Heusen, L&amp;T, Hitachi, LG, JSW, MakeMyTrip, BHEL, Xiaomi, and more.Role OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 1&ndash;3 years of experience and strong LinkedIn expertise to drive B2B lead generation, automation, and digital brand growth. This is a pure digital-first role, separate from our event marketing execution teams.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Lead LinkedIn-focused demand generation, content, and automation campaigns</li><li>Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach tools, and automation platforms (Octopus, LinkedIn Helper, or similar)</li><li>Build and manage prospect databases using Lusha, Apollo, or similar tools</li><li>Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across:</li><li>SEO &amp; Google Search</li><li>Email marketing (Mailchimp or similar tools)</li><li>Bulk WhatsApp marketing tools</li><li>Manage and track Google Ads &amp; Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram)</li><li>Publish and manage regular content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube</li><li>Track performance using Google Analytics and campaign dashboards</li><li>Build BizConnect&rsquo;s digital brand through thought-leadership and B2B content</li></ul>What You Must Know (Mandatory Skills)<ul><li>LinkedIn Sales Navigator &amp; LinkedIn automation tools</li><li>Lusha / Apollo or similar B2B data tools</li><li>AI tools for LinkedIn / content/outreach (any relevant tools)</li><li>Email marketing tools (Mailchimp or similar)</li><li>Bulk WhatsApp messaging platforms</li><li>Google Ads &amp; Meta Ads</li><li>Social media content planning &amp; posting across platforms</li><li>Canva for design (mandatory)</li><li>Basic video editing knowledge (bonus)</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience</li><li>Strong B2B mindset with a focus on lead generation &amp; ROI</li><li>Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination abilities</li></ul>Interested?Send your CV to hr@bizconnect.eventsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Digital marketing: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
