Job Title: Store InchargeLocation: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra Department: Stores / Inventory Management Reporting To: Operations / Supply Chain ManagerJob Summary:The Store Incharge will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse/store at the Bhiwandi facility. This includes inventory control, material handling, inward/outward stock movement, documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between procurement, logistics, and production teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.</li><li>Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/manual systems and ensure timely updates.</li><li>Conduct regular physical verification and reconciliation of inventory.</li><li>Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and identification of all materials.</li><li>Plan and schedule dispatches as per customer or internal department requirements.</li><li>Monitor material consumption and reorder levels to avoid stockouts.</li><li>Coordinate with transporters for inbound and outbound logistics.</li><li>Maintain records of gate passes, GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), challans, and invoices.</li><li>Implement FIFO / LIFO inventory systems as per company standards.</li><li>Ensure housekeeping, safety, and compliance within the warehouse premises.</li><li>Supervise store staff and assign duties for efficient workflow.</li><li>Support periodic internal and external audits related to inventory and documentation.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of store management and inventory control systems.</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel and ERP software (e.g., SAP / Tally / Oracle).</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.</li><li>Leadership and team management capabilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
