As a Company Secretary specializing in startup fundraising and legal compliance work, you will play a crucial role in advising our company and clients on various compliance matters related to fundraising activities, compliance requirements, and corporate governance. Key Responsibilities:Compliance Management:<ul><li>Assist in maintaining statutory records, registers, and filings in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.</li><li>Prepare and file forms with regulatory authorities (MCA, SEBI, etc.)</li><li>Board Support:</li><li>Draft notices, agendas, and minutes for Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Committee Meetings.</li><li>Assist in coordinating board meetings and ensuring proper documentation.</li><li>Legal Documentation:</li><li>Support in drafting and reviewing contracts, resolutions, and agreements.</li><li>Assist in ensuring compliance with corporate laws and regulations.</li><li>Corporate Governance:</li><li>Monitor adherence to corporate governance standards and best practices.</li><li>Assist in internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance.</li><li>Stakeholder Management:</li><li>Liaise with regulatory authorities, shareholders, and other stakeholders as required.</li><li>Research &amp; Analysis:</li><li>Conduct research on changes in legal and regulatory requirements affecting the company.</li><li>Provide summaries and recommendations to management.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;7,000.00 - &#8377;10,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
