Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment &mdash; sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.</li><li>Help maintain and update employee databases and HR records.</li><li>Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.</li><li>Coordinate and participate in employee engagement and welfare activities.</li><li>Assist in drafting HR documents, offer letters, and memos.</li><li>Help in maintaining attendance, leave, and payroll support data.</li><li>Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in HR ( Pursuing or Completed MBA / BBA )</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Hands-on learning experience in core HR operations.</li><li>Opportunity to work closely with the HR team on real-time projects.</li><li>Certificate of Internship upon successful completion or full time employment offer.</li><li>Potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: &#8377;5,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
