About the Role:We are seeking a result-oriented SEO Specialist to join our team. Strategy Development &amp; Execution<ul><li>Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to achieve high search rankings and maximize ROI.</li><li>Conduct in-depth keyword research and create actionable plans targeting high-value keywords.</li><li>Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and user experience for better visibility.</li></ul>2. Technical &amp; On-Page SEO<ul><li>Perform technical SEO audits and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Optimize meta tags, URLs, header structures, schema markup, and site speed.</li><li>Collaborate with developers and content teams to implement best SEO practices.</li></ul>3. Off-Page Optimization &amp; Link Building<ul><li>Plan and execute high-quality link-building campaigns and digital PR initiatives.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with relevant industry websites for back-links.</li></ul>4. Analytics &amp; Performance Tracking<ul><li>Monitor keyword rankings, traffic trends, and conversion metrics.</li><li>Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to track and report performance.</li><li>Analyze competitors&rsquo; SEO activities and recommend improvements.</li></ul>5. Ads &amp; Campaign Support<ul><li>Support paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with keyword insights and performance analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns for lead generation and ROI.</li><li>Analyze and report on campaign performance to refine strategies.</li></ul>6. Lead Generation &amp; Growth Focus<ul><li>Align SEO strategies with business development and lead generation goals.</li><li>Identify content and keyword opportunities that drive qualified organic leads.</li><li>Collaborate on campaigns to enhance lead conversion from organic channels.</li></ul>7. Content Optimization &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Work with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly content across blogs, landing pages, and web copies.</li><li>Suggest improvements for content strategy based on keyword trends and SEO analytics.</li><li>Ensure brand consistency and SEO alignment in all marketing communications.</li></ul>8. Research &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO tools, and marketing trends.</li><li>Experiment with new optimization techniques to maintain a competitive edge.</li><li>Evaluate campaign and SEO performance and suggest data-driven improvements.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven 2+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.</li><li>Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.).</li><li>Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (Odoo preferred).</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable growth and lead generation.</li></ul>Preferred Candidates <ul><li>Candidates from Gujarat are preferred.</li><li>Prior experience in an IT company is desirable.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
