We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand growth across multiple digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and grow the company&rsquo;s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).</li><li>Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, etc.).</li><li>Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to optimize strategies.</li><li>Run paid ad campaigns and track performance (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).</li><li>Increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers through creative strategies.</li><li>Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to build community engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions.</li><li>Track and report key performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, ROI, etc.).</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in social media management/digital marketing (Freshers with strong portfolios can apply).</li><li>Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing tools, etc.).</li><li>Good copywriting and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising campaigns is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,846.93 - &#8377;40,955.29 per monthWork Location: In person

Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to create visually appealing graphics for digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with the marketing, social media, and branding teams to deliver engaging and consistent designs that align with our brand identity.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and design visual content for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and content team to create campaigns and branding assets.</li><li>Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.</li><li>Work on motion graphics, infographics, and video editing when required.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.</li><li>Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), CorelDRAW, or Canva.</li><li>Knowledge of typography, color theory, layouts, and branding principles.</li><li>Basic understanding of UI/UX principles will be an added advantage.</li><li>Strong creativity, communication, and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;9,434.80 - &#8377;34,241.26 per monthWork Location: In person
