Responsibilities:
<div><b>
Digital Experience &amp; Ecommerce Execution</b></div><ul><li>
Support the Director in communicating with the cross-functional team members and agency partners to drive progress on web projects and maintain project timelines.</li></ul><ul><li>
Support the day-to-day management of BJ&rsquo;s website and mobile app, ensuring content accuracy, promotional updates, and optimal functionality.</li><li>
Monitor digital performance dashboards; pull reports, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to optimize traffic, conversion, and retention strategies.</li><li>
Partner with Marketing, IT, and Operations to implement UI/UX enhancements, personalization tactics, and new digital features.</li><li>
Execute the digital retail marketing calendar, including launching and analyzing promotions and ad campaigns across all channels.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Third-Party Platform &amp; Off-Premise Operations</b></div><ul><li>
Assist with managing menus, pricing, placement, and promotions across all third-party delivery platforms.</li><li>
Coordinate with Operations and IT to troubleshoot ordering, integration, or fulfillment issues.</li><li>
Track and analyze partner performance, highlighting growth opportunities and identifying service gaps.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
SEO &amp; Content Execution &amp; Optimization</b></div><ul><li>
Leverage data and insights to identify SEO, searchability, and website improvement opportunities.</li><li>
Execute SEO updates (e.g., metadata, on-page optimizations, keyword research) to maximize visibility in organic search.</li><li>
Collaborate with content, design and technical agencies to run A/B tests, ensure digital assets are conversion-optimized and aligned with brand standards, and manage digital projects.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
CRM and Email Marketing
</b></div><ul><li>Define audience segments using first-party data and behavioral signals.</li><li>
Design multi-touch lifecycle journeys (welcome, onboarding, nurture, cross-sell/upsell, win-back, reactivation).</li></ul><ul><li>
Calendar planning, campaign briefs, design, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.</li><li>
Develop creative and copy frameworks, subject line and CTA testing, and personalization at scale.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Analytics &amp; Reporting</b></div><ul><li>
Compile and analyze ecommerce, off-premise, and digital marketing data to identify trends and recommend improvements.</li><li>
Support budget tracking for digital initiatives, ensuring accuracy in spend reporting and ROI insights.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>
2+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, SEO, or digital operations.</li><li>
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of CMS system management, Microsoft office, SEO and digital merchandising principles. Adobe photoshop experience a plus.</li><li>
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and collaborative, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects.</li><li>
Bonus: Prior experience with restaurant, retail, or third-party marketplace platforms or operations (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc.).</li></ul>
Pay Range: USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr.</div>
