We are looking for an experienced and creative UI/UX Team Lead to oversee our design team and lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have 3&ndash;5 years of hands-on UI/UX experience with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead, mentor, and guide the UI/UX design team in daily tasks and long-term projects.</li><li>Drive the full design lifecycle&mdash;from research, ideation, and wireframing to prototyping and final UI delivery.</li><li>Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and incorporate feedback into designs.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on expectations and deliverables.</li><li>Review and approve team members&rsquo; work, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.</li><li>Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI standards.</li><li>Translate business and user needs into intuitive, visually appealing designs.</li><li>Manage project timelines, workload distribution, and design priorities.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Expertise:<ul><li>Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of UI/UX principles, design systems, user flows, and interaction design.</li><li>Experience designing for web and mobile applications, including responsive interfaces.</li><li>Leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring designers.</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder reviews.</li><li>Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.</li><li>A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work and past leadership contributions.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with at least 1&ndash;2 years in a lead or supervisory role.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
