<div>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) &ndash; Remote (Georgia)
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Georgia. This is currently a fully remote position. However, as state regulations continue to evolve, the role may transition to a hybrid model in the future, with advance notice provided to clinicians.
In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Responsibilities</h3>
<ul><li>Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans</li>
<li>Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs</li>
<li>Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed</li>
<li>Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications</h3>
<ul><li>Active BCBA certification in good standing</li>
<li>Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)</li>
<li>Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field</li>
<li>Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Compensation</h3>
<ul><li>Up to $93/hour</li>
<li>Rates are negotiable based on experience</li>

<ul><li>Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
</li><li>Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
</li><li>Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
</li><li>Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.
</li><li>Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
</li><li>Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
</li></ul>Need to Know:
<ul><li>Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
</li><li>All positions start off part-time.
</li><li>The schedule is:
Monday: 3pm-8pm wed 3pm-8pm thurs 5pm-8pm fri 3pm-8pm 
Saturday and Sunday 10am-4pm
</li><li>Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
