 The Digital Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the school&rsquo;s website and official social media platforms to strengthen the institution&rsquo;s digital presence. The role involves content creation, regular updates, engagement strategies, and performance tracking to effectively showcase the school&rsquo;s activities, achievements, and initiatives while engaging with students, parents, alumni, and the wider community.
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 &bull;	Manage, update, and maintain the school website with timely and accurate content (events, announcements, circulars, achievements, academic information, etc.).
 
 
 &bull;	Design and execute digital media campaigns to promote school programs, events, and initiatives.
 
 
 &bull;	Manage and monitor official social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
 
 
 &bull;	Create engaging multimedia content (posts, graphics, videos, reels, newsletters) tailored to different platforms.
 
 
 &bull;	Coordinate with school departments and management to collect and curate content.
 
 
 &bull;	Track and analyse digital analytics/metrics to measure performance and suggest improvements.
 
 
 &bull;	Ensure consistency of the school&rsquo;s brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
 
 
 &bull;	Respond promptly to online queries and interactions to ensure strong audience engagement.
 
 
 &bull;	Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices in education branding and marketing.
 
 
 &bull;	Support live coverage of events (photography, videography, live streaming).
 
 
 &bull;	Ensure the website and social media platforms comply with data security, privacy, and child protection guidelines.
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 &bull;	Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Digital Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, IT, CS, B.E. BCA or any related field.
 
 
 &bull;	Proven experience in website management and social media handling (preferably in an educational setup).
 
 
 &bull;	Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and knowledge of basic HTML/CSS.
