The Vendor Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to the management of vendors and working with Territory Managers to ensure timely completion of work orders.Benefits <ul><li>Competitive Starting Pay</li><li>Profit Sharing</li></ul>Other Benefits <ul><li>Medical</li><li>Vision</li><li>Dental</li><li>SIMPLE IRA</li><li>Tuition Assistance</li><li>7 Paid Holidays</li><li>PTO accrual and carryover</li></ul>Job Duties: <ul><li>Perform diagnosis of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, gutters, lighting, and minor HVAC troubleshooting.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate vendors for property maintenance needs.</li><li>Work with Territory Supervisors by providing material lists, material delivery, and checklist items.</li><li>Manage and schedule internal staff.</li><li>Complete billing in an accurate and timely manner.</li><li>Perform make-ready repairs as needed.</li><li>Complete other duties as requested by management.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications: <ul><li>Previous residential maintenance experience required.</li><li>Must have valid driver&rsquo;s license and maintain a clean driving record.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft suite preferred.</li><li>Must be able to climb up and down stairs with ease and lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Must be able to regularly engage in repetitive bending, turning, twisting, kneeling, squatting, crawling, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching out, reaching up, grasping, and pinching.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
