Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and Develop Collections: Lead the design process by conceptualizing and creating innovative, trend-driven apparel collections for domestic and international markets.</li><li>Sketching &amp; Technical Drawings: Create detailed sketches and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator, ensuring all designs are production-ready and meet brand standards.</li><li>Lead and Mentor Design Team: Oversee and guide a team of junior designers, providing feedback and leadership to ensure the highest quality output and adherence to deadlines.</li><li>Product Development Collaboration: Work closely with the production, merchandising, and sourcing teams to ensure designs are technically feasible, cost-effective, and align with customer requirements.</li><li>Fabric &amp; Trim Selection: Research and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and finishes that align with design concepts and meet production and quality standards.</li><li>Review Samples &amp; Ensure Quality: Review and approve samples throughout the development process, ensuring designs meet the desired specifications and quality benchmarks before final production.</li><li>Trend Analysis &amp; Research: Stay ahead of fashion trends, market demands, and competitor activities. Provide insights and inspiration for upcoming collections based on current and future trends.</li><li>Client &amp; Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts and updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market needs.</li><li>Ensure Timely Delivery: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all designs and samples in alignment with production schedules and deadlines.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows to increase efficiency, creativity, and quality across all design phases.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
