Currently, we have a few active clients and are building in-house IT products alongside client work.We are looking for a dedicated learner who wants to grow with a startup &mdash; someone who is ready to learn by doing, experimenting, and improving continuously.This role is ideal for freshers or early-career candidates who are serious about building a long-term career in IT and web development.Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Junior Web Developer / IT Executive who is eager to learn web technologies from scratch and apply them in real projects.You will:<ul><li>Work on client projects (small tasks initially)</li><li>Support SEO and web-related technical work</li><li>Gradually contribute to our in-house product development</li><li>Learn through hands-on practice, online resources, YouTube, AI tools, and self-experimentation</li></ul>The company will provide direction and guidance, but you are expected to be self-managed, curious, and proactive in learning.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in website development and maintenance</li><li>Work on basic frontend and backend tasks</li><li>Handle small technical tasks for SEO and websites</li><li>Learn and experiment with new technologies and tools</li><li>Support development of internal IT products</li><li>Debug issues and improve existing features</li><li>Coordinate with the founder on task priorities</li></ul>Required Skills (Any of the following is a plus)Freshers are welcome.
