We are looking for a Receptionist cum Secretary with exceptional administrative and clerical skills to join our Team and is expected to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will also welcome and interact with our guests and attend to their needs.Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Management and/or other assigned leadership staff.</li><li>Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.</li><li>Arranges travel and accommodations for executives.</li><li>Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.</li><li>Performs additional duties as assigned by the CEO</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>Required Skills/Abilities:<ul><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.</li><li>Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Excel Functions or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.</li></ul>Education and Experience:<ul><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.</li><li>At least three years of related experience are required.</li><li>Available or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.</li><li>Can join immediately.</li></ul>Language Preferred:<ul><li>Arabic (Speaking and Writing)</li><li>English (Speaking and Writing)</li></ul>Kindly submit your CV at secretary@golden-crown.aeSalary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>
