Black Box

<div>The EHS Manager is responsible for the daily management, execution and oversight of project safety, including the organization and planning of safety tasks and activities. This position will report to the Director of EHS, Data Centers and may be assigned a safety specialist to lead and manage.
The EHS Manager must be a reliable agent of implementing, delivering, and leading health and safety accountability and objectives. In addition, this position requires the ability to manage and strengthen relationships between Corporate Health and Safety, project teams, field installation teams, subcontractors, and customers.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Collaborate with site leadership to strategize efforts to meet/ exceed compliance with internal and external requirements.
</li><li>Supervise site EHS Specialist/s; including delegations, assignments, mentorship, training, and scheduling.
</li><li>Maintain an active on-site presence; managing daily safety inspections including site walks, audits, toolbox talks, and overall site safety.
</li><li>Provide guidance, training (incl. onboarding orientations) and coaching to field staff, project teams, contractors, and visitors to ensure execution of safety program needs.
</li><li>Lead incident investigation panels, root cause analysis, emergency response, and implementation of corrective actions.
</li><li>Review any changes or deviations to EHS processes, tasks, or forms revisions and reviews.
</li><li>Bridge communication between senior management, site level workforce, and project teams.
</li><li>Manage safety documentation and forms, SDS, records and metrics.
</li><li>Willingness to work days, nights and weekends as project requires.
</li><li>Create and develop EHS processes and procedures when needed
</li></ul>Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in EHS or related discipline; or at least 5 years of experience as an EHS leader.
</li><li>BCSP certification such as CSP, ASP, or CHST certification, or the ability to become certified within the first 6 months of employment.
</li><li>OSHA 30-hr course certification.
</li><li>OSHA 30 and 10-hr certified trainer qualification highly preferred.
</li><li>Thorough understanding of construction and general industry federal, state and local EHS laws and regulations.
</li><li>Proven experience with EHS inspections/audits, incident investigation, hazard reviews.
</li></ul>Skills Needed:

Safety Manager - Customer

<div>Essential Functions:
<ul><li>Monitor SharePoint software for any glitches or problems.
</li><li>Troubleshoot issues promptly.
</li><li>Oversee activity pertaining to the maintenance of SharePoint.
</li><li>Manages and revises the layout of the site.
</li><li>Requirements gathering for new site designs.
</li><li>Customizes SharePoint site for company purposes.
</li><li>Analyses daily user activity on SharePoint.
</li><li>Maintains records of SharePoint updates, maintenance, and activity.
</li><li>Reports to company management with updates and information about SharePoint use.
</li><li>Provides technical support for SharePoint users.
</li><li>Keeps apprised of Microsoft updates to SharePoint software.
</li><li>Applies updates to company&rsquo;s edition of SharePoint as necessary.
</li><li>Maintains SharePoint security.

</li></ul>Education Requirements:
<ul><li>BS, MS degree, or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
</li></ul>Experience Requirements:
<ul><li>2+ years prior work experience in SharePoint Development and Administration
</li><li>2+ years SPFx work experience.
</li><li>Knowledge of React JS/ Angular.
</li><li>SharePoint Architecture strong knowledge.

</li><li>Implement, configure, and customize SharePoint applications.
</li><li>Develop, modify, and maintain custom web parts, lists/libraries, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation.
</li><li>Develop and deploy workflows and customizations.
</li><li>Provide SharePoint administration and technical support for Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online
 
environment.
</li><li>Manage and maintain site content and structure settings, site hierarchy, and site collection
 
navigation.
</li><li>Manage permissions and data management.
</li><li>Build workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, and PowerApps/Power Automate.
</li><li>Design, configure, manage, and maintain comprehensive site collection, site, and list level usage
 
reports and usability analysis.
</li><li>Configure and administer SharePoint and automate tasks.
</li><li>Experience in workflow and forms creation using SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, Power Apps and Power Automate.
</li><li>Work on help desk tickets and service requests for Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online.
</li><li>Design, configure, and maintain enterprise taxonomy, terms, and keywords for the term store.
</li><li>Manage and delete site collections and sub-sites in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online system as
 
per service requests.
</li><li>Troubleshoot issues and provide customer support to staff utilizing Microsoft 365 SharePoint
 
Online.
</li><li>Consolidate sites and migrate content as needed.
</li><li>Schedule, plan, and perform system upgrades, including testing, rollback procedures and risk
 
analysis.
</li></ul>Other Qualifications, Skills &amp; Certifications:
<ul><li>Experience programming in .Net Core, .NET 4.8, C#, JavaScript, CSS, ASP.NET, T-SQL, XML. Experience with SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, InfoPath, Web Parts, SPFx, Rest API, and workflow creation.
</li><li>Experience using Microsoft Office 365.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of the function and makeup of Microsoft SharePoint Online.
</li><li>PowerShell for automating tasks and managing SharePoint environments.
</li><li>Knowledge of SQL Server.
</li><li>Basic understanding of web development principles for designing and implementing user interfaces.
</li><li>Strong testing and debugging skills.
