PAY Competitive pay based on experience $1,000 Sign-On Bonus &mdash; paid in two installments: $500 after your first 30 days | $500 after 6 months Paid weeklySCHEDULE Monday&ndash;Thursday, 10-hour days Enjoy long weekends every week &mdash; Friday, Saturday, and Sunday offABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a reliable and experienced Foreman / Crew Leader to oversee daily operations for our commercial landscape maintenance division. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, crew performance, and professional property appearance &mdash; and who is looking for a long-term career with growth potential.You will be responsible for leading a crew, managing daily routes, maintaining high standards across commercial properties, and serving as the primary link between field operations and management.WHAT YOU'LL DO<ul><li>Lead, supervise, and motivate a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties</li><li>Develop a clear understanding of the budgeted time for each of your job sites. Monitor by reviewing job hours regularly and taking action as needed. Communicate budgeted hours to crew members.</li><li>Perform and direct mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, and general upkeep</li><li>Drive company trucks and trailers as needed</li><li>Ensure all properties meet client expectations and company standards</li><li>Train and develop crew members on proper techniques, productivity, and safety</li><li>Manage routes, schedules, and daily priorities</li><li>Inspect completed work and address deficiencies promptly</li><li>Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance or repair needs</li><li>Communicate clearly with management regarding progress, issues, and staffing needs</li><li>Responsive with positive attitude and initiative, team oriented, and strong role model</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>2+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role</li><li>Proven leadership abilities; organized, structured approach to crew supervision</li><li>Ability to direct and motivate a crew of 3&ndash;5 people</li><li>Ability to operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (Spanish is mandatory)</li><li>Ability to work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor daily</li><li>Tech-savvy and capable of using field management software on a company-provided device</li></ul>PERKS &amp; BENEFITS<ul><li>$1,000 sign-on bonus (paid in two installments at 30 days and 6 months)</li><li>Weekly pay</li><li>Consistent, full-time commercial work</li><li>Opportunities for advancement and leadership growth</li><li>Vacation Time off</li></ul>Ready to grow with us?
