<div><div>The BGH Clinic offers mental health services that are community based with individualized support to women and girls of color that need additional wrap around and psychosocial support to address areas of functioning that may be impaired or that require rehabilitation. OMHC services support the psychotherapeutic aspect of an individual&rsquo;s mental health treatment by addressing what happens internally, mentally, and emotionally. We provide medication management along with group therapy and individual therapy.

<div><div><div>We are looking for a great Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who will provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management services for individuals referred to the program. The in-person hours are flexible (with some possibility for remote) and compensation is fee for service at $100.00/session for Medicaid clients and $55.00/hour for private insurance clients.<br>

Responsibilities</b></div><ul><li>
Responsible for providing psychiatric services to clients in a variety of clinical settings during scheduled hours.</li><li>
Scope of services includes outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management and evaluations services.</li><li>
Assists in the development of treatment plans based upon assessment data and provides therapeutic interventions as necessary including the provision of on-going medication management services.</li><li>
Provides consultation and health education to agency staff, caregivers, and clients as it is relative to the treatment and medication needs of agency consumers.</li><li>
Assess, diagnose, and treat adults, adolescents, and children experiencing symptoms of a behavioral health disorders.</li><li>
Prescribe, recommend, or discontinue drugs and treatments to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders in accordance with the Collaborative Practice Agreement and the state&rsquo;s Nurse Practice Act.</li><li>
Collaborate with counselors, addiction counselor, social workers, or other treatment team members to coordinate client care.</li><li>
Responsible for timely and accurate completion of medical records, including assessment, treatment plan, progress notes, outcome measures, and billing entries.</li><li>
Counsel clients during appointments, as necessary.</li><li>
Design/participate in the development of individualized treatment plans, incorporating best and leading practices into treatment interventions.</li><li>
Examine or order laboratory or diagnostic tests for clients to provide information on general physical condition and mental disorders.</li><li>
Collaborate with guardians, relatives, and significant others on client&rsquo;s conditions and treatment when clinically appropriate.</li></ul><div><b>
Skills</b></div><ul><li>
A licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed valid in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.</li></ul><div><b>

Experience in delivering high-quality, client-centered care</li><li>
Able to document and navigate EHR independently</li><li>
Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality.</li><li>
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals involved in all aspects of programming &ndash; children, parents, school faculty and staff, grantors, funders, partner agencies, members of the community and Provident team members.</li><li>
Serves as a representative of Provident, displaying courtesy, tact, consideration and discretion in all interactions with Provident team members, clients, school system staff and faculty, grantors, funders, regulators and members of the general public</li><li>
Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>
Ability to work effectively on multidisciplinary team</li><li>
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general and professional documents. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations</li><li>
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action</li></ul></div></div></div></div><div></div>
