JOB ROLES &amp;RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Job holder must coordinate and execute the daily transportation schedule/plan set by the supervisor in charge to ensure timely and safe transportation at all times.</li><li>The job holder must ensure the drivers know the cargo description they are transporting (size, height, weight, etc ), ensure they know the location they are heading to as well as the requested date and time of delivery, and ensure that drivers know the route to follow.</li><li>The job holder must ensure timely and sound deliveries, he has to ensure the daily checklists (safe loading C.L. / Container C.L. / etc ), are being maintained and followed as per company policy and procedures.</li><li>The job holder should provide supervision and direction to the drivers including on-time POD collection.</li><li>The job holder ensures safe loading and transportation of cargo at all times.</li><li>The holder must update and send the daily reports. (DAILY PORT OPERATION etc )</li><li>The job holder is responsible for the movement of the trucks and coordination between the drivers and the loading and delivery representatives.</li><li>The job holder will be supervised by the Transport Supervisor daily.</li><li>The job holder must communicate and follow up with the Customers on the Delivery Schedule.</li><li>The holder should have excellent customer service skills, establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, colleagues, and clients, and well knowledge of communication thru email.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,800.00 - QAR4,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job Description<ul><li>Inventory Management: Monitor, track, and record daily stock levels using software or manual registers.</li><li>Receiving &amp; Inspection: Inspect incoming materials for quality and damage against delivery notes, ensuring accurate quantities.</li><li>Storage &amp; Organization: Properly store, shelve, and label tools and materials in designated locations to prevent damage and ensure easy retrieval.</li><li>Issuing &amp; Returns: Issue materials and tools only upon approved requisitions or indents. Manage the return of unused items.</li><li>Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date documentation on stock, including BIN cards, consumption records, and monthly inventory reports.</li><li>Stock Audits: Conduct regular, daily, or yearly physical stock counts to reconcile with records.</li><li>Safety &amp; Security: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure storage area, preventing unauthorized access.</li><li>Procurement Support: Initiate purchase requests and communicate with vendors/suppliers to replenish stock.</li><li>Waste Management: Identify and manage the disposal of scrap materials and surplus items</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,300.00 - QAR2,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
