Job Summary
Black Rifle Coffee Company seeks to hire Shift Leads who will assist the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. As the Hourly Shift Lead, you will be responsible for leading the team during your assigned shift. This includes ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising employees, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Delivers exceptional customer service</li><li>
Executes store operations during scheduled shifts. Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.</li><li>
Provides clear, specific, and timely coaching and feedback to associates to ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures as well as emphasis on the customer experience.</li><li>
Proactively responds to customer and store needs: escalates feedback &amp; concerns to store management.</li><li>
Prepares quality beverages and food products according to BRCC standards.</li><li>
Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.</li><li>
Responsible for scheduling and covering breaks and meals of floor staff.</li><li>
Assists with other duties as directed by General Manager.</li></ul> 
Education &amp; Skill Requirements<ul><li>
3+ years experience in QSR, customer service, retail, or hospitality environment</li><li>
2+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred
</li><li>Excellent customer service skills</li><li>
Ability to lead and motivate a team</li><li>
Ability to multitask and prioritize work of self and others in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Experience with cash handling and safety and security.</li><li>
Demonstrated track record of coaching &amp; developing others.</li><li>
Competency in written &amp; verbal communication</li><li>
Basic computer skills</li><li>
Ability to work a flexible schedule (i.e. early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays)</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, stoop, kneel; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard and telephone.</li><li>
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work</li><li>
Ability to hear and communicate through a headset</li><li>
Light to moderate lifting is required</li><li>
Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).</li><li>

 Shoot, edit and deliver high-quality video that matches the needs of the brand, campaign and channel under tight timelines

 Pull, organize and log sourced footage / music and media for each production

 Work efficiently across multiple initiatives, events, platforms, and stakeholders -- as both individually and as part of a large crew -- while ensuring on-time delivery

 Ensuring the optimal narrative and voice that is highly centric to BRCC&rsquo;s target consumer segments

 Handle critical deadlines and short turnarounds in a fast-paced environment

 Assemble recorded raw material into a finished product that's suitable for digital and broadcast platforms

 Execute shoots which includes camera operation, audio capture, and lighting the sets

 Deliver edits as assigned weekly on deadline and within budget constraints.

 Use strong visual storytelling skills to quickly assemble edits and implement notes from producers, directors, and team leads

 Education and Skill Requirements
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4+ years experience shooting, creating, managing and editing the production of creative assets for advertising campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 A portfolio displaying strong design and production skills across multiple advertising formats, including 6, 15, and 30 second preroll, long form video, rich media, and display ads
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience collaborating with market research and data analytics to develop content and messaging that speaks to specific audiences
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert understanding of the specifications for each ad type in the IAB portfolio and best practices for high performing assets
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to put a production together and work somewhat autonomously from start to finish
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient at color grading, after effects, and sound mixing
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in design platforms including Photoshop, Lightroom, Dreamweaver, or comparable
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Film Production or related field/experience
 </li>
 <li>
 US Military Veteran a plus
