 Summary
 
 
 
 As an Engineering Analyst (Data Governance Specialist), you'll be the driving force behind the quality and reliability of the asset information that keeps our pipelines safe, compliant, and running. This isn't a back office data entry role. You'll collaborate with engineers, field crews, compliance officers, and IT teams, translating complex technical needs into clear data standards.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Profile, cleanse, and remediate asset data and build the processes so it stays clean.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop data standards, naming conventions, dictionaries, and lineage documentation that align the entire organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Work shoulder to shoulder with engineering, operations, compliance, and IT to define who owns what and hold them accountable
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure our data practices align with PHMSA requirements and industry standards including ISO, ISA, and CFIHOS
 </li>
 <li>
 Build governance dashboards and reporting to track data quality metrics and demonstrate the impact of your work
 </li>
 <li>
 Run awareness workshops and cross-functional working groups that build genuine data literacy across teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain SharePoint governance workspaces, workflows, and process documentation so teams always know where to go
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Background
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 4+ years in data governance, data management, or a related discipline (energy sector preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data quality tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of pipeline regulations (PHMSA) and data management standards
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to explain complex data concepts to people without jargon
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience collaborating across engineering, operations, and compliance teams
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Hands on experience with pipeline asset management systems, GIS, or records management platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 SharePoint design and administration, PowerApps form/workflow development
 </li>
 <li>
 Power BI reporting and dashboard development
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) in asset heavy organizations
 </li>
 </ul>

 Blackrock Resources is hiring for a client with chemical processing facilities in Wisconsin
 
 
 
 
 Position Overview:
 
 Provide Project Management and Construction Management support for small projects across three Wisconsin locations. Act on behalf of client following capital work processes and generating required documentation.
 
 
 
 Locations:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Eau Claire, WI - Main Location
 </li>
 <li>
 Watertown, WI (Travel to)
 </li>
 <li>
 Milwaukee, WI (possibly travel to)
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 The will reimburse mileage or pay for a rental car.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Project Management &ndash; Act on behalf of client in Project Management and Construction Management role for small projects; follow client capital work process and generate documentation required for AFE submittal
 </li>
 <li>
 Scope Development &ndash; Support scope development with internal engineering or third-party support as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Budget &amp; Schedule Management &ndash; Manage project budgets and schedules; track equipment deliveries
 </li>
 <li>
 Construction Coordination &ndash; Coordinate construction activities with contractors
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Support Scope
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Submit projects in client AFE system
 </li>
 <li>
 Create purchase requisitions
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage purchase orders and invoicing
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Project Management experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Chemical processing plant experience preferred will consider similar experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong budget and schedule management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with construction coordination and contractor management
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Contract Duration:
 
 6 months
 
 Schedule:
