We are hiring at Black Rose Records, LLC for the role of Lead Character Designer / Animator (Equity / Commission-Based):Black Rose Records, LLC is expanding its reach by creating a cinematic universe for our lead artist &amp; founder, Troy Alexander, by seeking a Lead Character Designer &amp; Animator to bring City of Bloody Roses and related IPs to life! You&rsquo;ll define the visual DNA of our supernatural world, hybrids, vampires, and mythic cityscapes, across animation, film, and gaming pipelines.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Design key and supporting characters, creatures, and environments.</li><li>Supervise animation workflow, rigging, and style-guide development.</li><li>Collaborate with writers, directors, and sound designers for storytelling alignment.</li><li>Maintain visual continuity across digital series, marketing assets, and game cut-scenes.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong portfolio in 2D or 3D animation (Blender, Maya, After Effects, etc.).</li><li>Ability to translate scripts into cinematic visuals.</li><li>Prior experience in anime, comic, or game-style productions preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with media like Power, Invincible, Into The Spider-Verse, and Saints Row.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Commission + Equity: Per-project pay + 1&ndash;3 % equity based on deliverables.</li><li>Royalties on licensed character designs once IP monetizes (EQUITY APPLIES HERE).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $4,800.00 - $6,200.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyWork Location: Remote
