Job Title: IT &amp; Marketing Executive &ndash; Real Estate &amp; Business Center Location: Black Sea Business Center, Dubai, UAE Experience Required: 2&ndash;4 years in IT, Digital Marketing, and Real Estate Marketing PlatformsJob ResponsibilitiesAs an IT &amp; Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in strengthening our digital presence, enhancing marketing performance, and supporting the technical operations of our business center. Your responsibilities will include:Digital Marketing &amp; Lead Generation<ul><li>Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and email marketing platforms.</li><li>Managing lead-generation funnels, tracking performance, and optimizing conversions via CRM and analytics tools.</li><li>Implementing advanced marketing automation, remarketing strategies, and audience segmentation to maximize ROI.</li><li>Conducting competitor research, market analysis, and performance reporting.</li></ul>Website &amp; SEO Management<ul><li>Designing, developing, and maintaining company websites using WordPress, HTML/CSS, plugins, and integrations.</li><li>Ensuring SEO best practices, improving rankings, and conducting ongoing keyword and performance analysis.</li><li>Implementing tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion pixels.</li></ul>Real Estate Portal &amp; Listing Management<ul><li>Creating, updating, and optimizing listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other real estate platforms.</li><li>Ensuring accurate property descriptions, high-quality media content, and SEO-friendly formatting.</li><li>Coordinating with sales teams to ensure timely lead handling and follow-ups.</li></ul>Social Media &amp; Content Creation<ul><li>Creating engaging and visually appealing content for social media channels.</li><li>Managing posting schedules, community engagement, and brand consistency across all platforms.</li><li>Designing marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, banners, digital ads, and presentation materials.</li></ul>IT Support &amp; System Management<ul><li>Providing basic IT support including hardware/software troubleshooting, system updates, and network coordination.</li><li>Managing integrations between CRM systems, marketing platforms, and website forms.</li><li>Ensuring smooth technical operations for the business center.</li></ul>Other Responsibilities<ul><li>Staying updated on modern marketing trends, real estate tools, and emerging technologies.</li><li>Collaborating with internal teams to enhance workflows and improve overall marketing effectiveness.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Skills Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>2&ndash;4 years of proven experience in IT, digital marketing, and preferably real estate or business center environments.</li></ul>Technical &amp; Marketing Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, and website maintenance.</li><li>Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO optimization tools.</li><li>Strong knowledge of real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).</li><li>Strong design skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media strategies and content creation.</li><li>Ability to analyze data, multitask efficiently, and communicate clearly.</li><li>Basic IT troubleshooting and support skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Health insurance &amp; benefits as per UAE labor law</li><li>Growth-oriented, professional development opportunities</li><li>A creative, supportive, and fast-paced work environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, ContractPay: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
