<div>1. Job Purpose
The System Analyst is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing end-to-end system solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation, enhancement, and optimization of enterprise applications. The role acts as a key liaison between business units, technical teams, and external vendors to translate organizational needs into efficient, scalable, and reliable systems aligned with strategic goals.
 Key Responsibilities
A. Requirements Analysis &amp; Solution Design<ul>
<li>
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business and technical requirements.</li>
<li>Conduct feasibility studies, gap analysis, and impact assessments for new initiatives or system enhancements.</li>
<li>Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and process flows.</li>
<li>Develop conceptual and logical system designs ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.</li>
</ul>
B. System Development Support<ul>
<li>
Collaborate with developers and solution architects to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.</li>
<li>Review and validate technical designs, integrations, and data models.</li>
<li>Participate in solution prototyping to validate functionality and user experience.</li>
<li>Ensure system scalability, performance, and security considerations are embedded in all designs.</li>
</ul>
C. Testing &amp; Quality Assurance<ul>
<li>
Develop test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.</li>
<li>Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), functional testing, and regression testing.</li>
<li>Identify, document, and track defects; coordinate fixes with development teams.</li>
<li>Validate final deliverables prior to production deployment.</li>
</ul>
D. Project Coordination &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul>
<li>
Serve as the primary interface between business owners and technical teams.</li>
<li>Support project planning, timelines, and resource coordination.</li>
<li>Provide status updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution recommendations.</li>
<li>Ensure clear communication, documentation, and alignment across all project stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
E. System Operations &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul>
<li>
Analyze system performance, user feedback, and operational issues to propose enhancements.</li>
<li>Support system configuration, releases, and upgrades.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides.</li>
<li>Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions to end-users and internal staff.</li>
</ul>
F. Vendor &amp; Integration Management<ul>
<li>
Work with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with contract terms, SLAs, and technical requirements.</li>
<li>Review vendor deliverables including design documents, integration plans, and test results.</li>
<li>Facilitate integration between internal systems, external entities, and smart services platforms (APIs, data exchange, etc.).</li></ul> 
Requirements
Qualifications &amp; Experience
Education<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.</li>
<li>Master&rsquo;s degree is an advantage.</li>
</ul>
Experience<ul>
<li>
4&ndash;7 years of experience in system analysis, business analysis, or application development.</li>
<li>Experience working in government digital services or enterprise-level systems is preferred.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).</li>
<li>Experience in integration projects, microservices, APIs, and data-intensive applications.</li></ul> 
4. Technical Skills<ul>
<li>
Strong proficiency in requirements engineering, process modeling (BPMN), and use case development.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), data modeling, and ETL processes.</li>
<li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), API management, and web services (REST/SOAP).</li>
<li>Knowledge of UI/UX principles and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD) is an advantage.</li>
<li>Experience with testing tools and documentation platforms (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).</li></ul>
