We are hiring a Saudi National, certified with the Saudi Council of Engineers. Reporting to the Principal Engineer, this role is part of a multi-disciplined team responsible for providing sound technical design support on mechanical or electrical engineering disciplines, to ensure project requirements and clients&rsquo; specifications are fully met.</div>

</div><div><p>ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES</p>
<div><ul><li>Compile specifications, drawings and relevant contract documents as directed.</li>
<li>Maintain the required technical quality of work, ensuring that designs comply with the relevant Codes, Standards, Regulations and Procedures.</li>
<li>Contribute as part of a multi-disciplinary design team to ensure successful preparation and delivery on project objectives.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and growth of the company by identifying new opportunities and potential areas for growth and also maintaining and developing existing client relationships.</li>
<li>Provide electrical or mechanical engineering services design for buildings and infrastructure.</li>
<li>React to scope and schedule changes implemented in accordance with the Change Control Process.</li>
<li>Other reasonable duties as appropriate.</li>

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

<p>Black & White Engineering (B&W) has grown to be one of the world's leading MEP design consultancies and is looking to expand further.</p><p>Launched in the UAE in 2007, we became an independent company in 2014 and now have a global reach with over 800 staff across Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.</p><p>Our engineering expertise spans all sectors of the construction industry, providing pragmatic design solutions to ensure our projects are robust, efficient, and practical to install and maintain.</p> Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop and communicate the vision, values, and direction of the business to achieve sustainability, growth, efficiency, and profit.</li><li>Manage the development, design, and coordination of engineering project services for MEP installations, systems, equipment, and facilities.</li><li>Ensure successful project delivery, adhering to B&W standards, quality, timelines, and resource management.</li><li>Apply initiative and judgment to prioritize tasks and workload, maintaining professionalism and promoting the company culture.</li><li>Provide leadership in technical expertise, team management, recruitment, and fostering a positive team culture aligned with the Black & White 'One (global) Team Culture'.</li></ul> Role Requirements (Professional & Technical Expertise) <p>This Associate Director role is suited for an experienced, qualified engineering design professional with the technical knowledge, design experience, people management, and project delivery skills necessary to lead design teams on highly technical building projects.</p><p>The candidate should have a keen interest in new developments within MEP engineering design.
