 Role Overview
 
 
 We are seeking an aggressive and motivated Business Development Officer who thrives on closing deals. In this role, you will not wait for leads to come to you&mdash;you will go out and find them. Your primary objective is to sell our suite of ready-made software solutions to new clients.
 
 
 
 
 
 The ideal candidate is a "hunter" with an existing professional network or strong lead-generation capabilities who can hit the ground running immediately.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 Lead Generation: Independently identify and qualify potential clients using your own sources (LinkedIn, personal network, cold calling, email outreach, and industry forums).
 
 
 
 
 
 Sales &amp; Closing: Pitch Black Zero&rsquo;s ready-made software products to decision-makers and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
 
 
 
 
 
 Client Acquisition: Aggressively pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
 
 
 
 
 
 Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling demos of our software solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key features and ROI.
 
 
 
 
 
 Market Analysis: Identify market trends and potential sectors where our software solutions are in high demand.
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 Experience: Proven work experience as a Business Development Officer, Sales Executive, or similar role in the IT or SaaS industry.
 
 
 
 
 
 Self-Reliance: Ability to generate leads without relying on company-provided marketing lists. You must have your own lead-generation strategies.
 
 
 
 
 
 Network: An established network of business contacts or the ability to rapidly build one is highly preferred.
 
 
 
 
 
 Technical Savvy: Ability to understand software features quickly and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
 
 
 
 
 
 Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (English &amp; Urdu).
