<div>Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1 year experience with Wirtgen Milling Machines and running jobs.</li>
<li>Willing to work days, nights, and weekends as needed</li>
<li>Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) Must be able to work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions 
</li>
<li>Must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver&rsquo;s license</li>
<li>Must be able to pass drug screening and background check</li></ul> 


Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Operating the milling machine Level Pro System to remove asphalt to a specific depth, ensuring that the job is done safety and efficiently</li>
<li>Inspect and perform maintenance premanufacture specification on milling machine to ensure proper operation</li>
Set-up, adjust controls on milling machine for each specific project to achieve the desired depth-finished 
<li>
</li>
<li>Ability to supervise Milling crew activities to maintain design specifications and quality standards</li>
<li>Takes responsibility for crew performance, including safety, adherence to company policies, and meeting the customer&rsquo;s needs</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in reviewing equipment condition and maintenance needs</li>
<li>A strong advocate for promoting and maintaining safe working practices and adherence to company safety standards</li>
<li>Willingness to perform additional projects and duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team</li></ul>
