About the Role</b></p><p>
We are searching for a Lead Video Content Producer who can craft cinematic, persuasive, and instructional visual narratives. The ideal candidate understands both storytelling and mission communication&mdash;able to translate complex defense or government initiatives into compelling media experiences.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Ideal Candidate</b></p><ul><li>
A creative strategist with the discipline of a producer and the empathy to communicate mission-critical content effectively.</li></ul><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Lead concept development, scripting, and production of video content for training and communication programs.</li><li>
Oversee all phases of production&mdash;pre-production planning, filming, post-production, and delivery.</li><li>
Collaborate with instructional designers and curriculum teams to align videos with learning objectives.</li><li>
Manage internal and external crews, ensuring adherence to brand and security guidelines.</li><li>
Optimize content for digital platforms (LMS, YouTube, SharePoint, etc.).</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
7+ years in video production, with 3+ in a leadership role.</li><li>
Experience producing content for military, government, or regulated environments.</li><li>
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.</li><li>
Ability to direct both studio and field shoots, often under operational constraints.</li><li>
Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.</li></ul><p><b>
