About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Zoho Books Accountant to manage and maintain our financial records using Zoho Books. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Zoho ecosystem and a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Zoho Books.</li><li>Record and reconcile financial transactions including invoices, payments, expenses, and journal entries.</li><li>Maintain accurate accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) records.</li><li>Prepare bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and financial reports.</li><li>Generate GST, TDS, and other statutory reports (as applicable).</li><li>Handle vendor and customer ledger reconciliations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely billing and collections.</li><li>Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.</li><li>Customize and automate reports and workflows within Zoho Books.</li><li>Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.</li><li>1+ years of experience in accounting, preferably using Zoho Books.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).</li><li>Experience with GST/TDS returns and compliance (for Indian context).</li><li>Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Payroll) is a plus.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;17,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Salem, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
