Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.Responsibilities<ul><li>Update and Maintain Employee Records</li><li>Support employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.</li><li>Handle employee benefits and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits administration.</li><li>Assist in the development of training programs and materials to enhance employee development opportunities.</li><li>Manage employee relations issues by providing support in conflict management and resolution processes.</li><li>Assist with other special projects and assignments as requested by management</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of HR, office administration, or related experience preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.</li><li>Good communication skills (written and verbal).</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
