<div><div>Blaze is currently hiring for a <b>Personal Banker</b> at our <b>St Paul</b> branch. As a Personal Banker, you are the frontline of Blaze and a trusted financial guide for Members. You&rsquo;ll engage directly with members to understand their goals, identify their financial needs, and confidently recommend tailored products and services that empower their financial journey.</div><div></div><div><br>

Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2 year period, and $2,000 for Non-DNA experience paid over a 1 year period for all branch and member experience center positions.</i></b></div></div>
<p><b>Requirements</b></p>
<div><div><b>What You Will Do:</b></div><ul><li>
Educate members on how to optimize Blaze's services to meet their individual needs</li><li>
Perform duties and responsibilities with regard to opening and processing changes on the following account types: Savings, Checking, Certificate, Retirement, Legal and Business Accounts</li><li>
Oversee consumer loan process following approved guidelines</li><li>
Create meaningful relationships via excellent service and face to face interaction</li><li>
Support your team by taking initiative to meet Blaze's growth objectives</li><li>

Your Schedule:</b></div><ul><li>
This position will be FT 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. (Saturday paid 1.5x for hours worked).</li><li>
Consistent and reliable attendance is a required essential function of this role to meet the needs of the organization.</li></ul><div><b>

You have a minimum of two years&rsquo; experience working in financial services, which includes opening new accounts, lending, and pipeline management</li><li>
You are eligible to obtain a NMLS ID number within 30 days of hire</li><li>
Proven experience as a personal banker or equivalent; experience in sales and customer service is a plus</li></ul><div><b>

The salary range for this position is: <b>$23.81-$28.00/hour.</b> This range reflects the base salary for this position. We have other benefits associated with this position which include: low-cost medical (as low as $20 a paycheck), dental insurance, vision insurance, quarterly bonuses, generous vacation and sick time hours, paid leave options, up to 6% 401k contribution, and tuition reimbursement.</div></div>
