What you will do:</b></div><ul><li>
Assist HVAC technicians in installing new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.</li><li>
Help with the maintenance and repair of existing HVAC systems.</li><li>
Carry and move equipment and tools to and from job sites.</li><li>
Perform basic troubleshooting of HVAC systems under the guidance of experienced technicians.</li><li>
Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.</li><li>
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.</li><li>
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.</li><li>
Provide support to HVAC technicians as needed during installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.</li><li>
Attend training sessions and workshops to improve technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems.</li><li>
Assist with paperwork and documentation related to HVAC projects.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What you need:</b></div><ul><li>
Must be 21 or older</li><li>
Must hold a valid driver's license</li><li>
Must pass motor vehicle, background check and drug screen</li><li>
Basic HVAC knowledge</li><li>
At least two (2) years of residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge.</li><li>
Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.</li><li>
