What you will DO:</b></div><ul><li>Perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality.</li><li>Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations.</li><li>Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency.</li><li>Serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems.</li><li>Cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information.</li><li>For each installation job, request necessary parts &amp; equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it.</li><li>Document work performed in accordance with company procedure.</li><li>Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge.</li><li>Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date.</li><li>Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.</li><li>Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.</li><li>All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What you NEED:</b><br>
<ul><li>Must be 21 or older.</li></ul></div><ul><li>At least five (5) years of residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge.</li><li>Valid local driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Ability to pass a drug screen, background record and motor vehicle record.</li><li>Ability to work synergistically with crew partner(s), also independently and accurately.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to exercise independent judgment and make informed decisions.</li><li>Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
